🍛 How do I collect and redeem my Bhog coupon at the venue?

Upon payment confirmation, show your UPI transaction and collect coupon at the Bhog Registration Desk located inside the Lawn of Ilara Hotels & Spa. You will receive physical dining tokens and entry into the sit-down Bhog hall during your booked time slot.

⚡ How does the UPI payment & manual reconciliation work?

When you checkout, a unique Order ID (e.g. ORD-20260913-001) and pre-filled UPI link/QR code are generated. Pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM. After payment, enter your 12-digit UPI UTR / Reference number or click Confirm on WhatsApp to notify DCPCA organizers.

🪘 Are Dandiya sticks provided with Dandiya Night passes?

Yes! Every Single Pass includes 1 pair of polished traditional wooden Dandiya sticks, and every Couple Pass includes 2 pairs. Sticks will be handed over at the Grand Arena entrance on Maha Ashtami night (Oct 18, 7:00 PM onwards).

⏰ What happens when the sale cutoff date/time expires?

To ensure authentic preparation and avoid food wastage, Bhog and Dandiya bookings automatically close at the specified date/time in the countdown timer. Once closed, no additional orders can be placed online.
